2. Earnings are not guaranteed
QuizDare lets you earn real rewards for answering quiz questions correctly, but we do not promise, guarantee, or represent that you will earn any particular amount — or any amount at all. Your results depend entirely on how often you play, how accurately you answer, whether (and how much) you choose to upgrade, and the rules in effect at the time.
- QuizDare is not a job, a salary, an income scheme, or a guaranteed source of money.
- Do not rely on QuizDare as a source of income or to meet financial needs.
- Nothing on our site should be read as a promise of profit or a “get rich” opportunity.
3. Published figures are maximums
Any reward figures we show — such as “up to $1.70 per correct answer,” per-day or per-month totals, or multiplier examples — are theoretical maximums. They assume the highest upgrade tier and a perfect score on every question. They illustrate how the reward math works; they are not typical results and not a forecast of what you will earn. Most players will earn less, and free players earn at the base rate.
4. Skill-based platform
QuizDare rewards knowledge and accuracy: rewards are determined by answering questions correctly, not by chance. It is designed as a skill-based quiz platform, not a game of luck. Availability may still be restricted in some jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to ensure participation is lawful where you are (see our Terms).
5. Cryptocurrency & USDT risk
Upgrades and payouts use cryptocurrency (USDT on BNB Chain / BEP-20). Cryptocurrency carries real risk:
- Transactions are irreversible — funds sent to a wrong address or network can be lost permanently.
- Although USDT aims to track the US dollar, its value and redeemability depend on its issuer and can fluctuate or be disrupted. We do not control or guarantee it.
- Network fees, congestion, outages, and third-party wallet or exchange failures are outside our control.
- The regulatory and tax status of crypto varies by country and can change.
You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys, and recovery phrases.
6. Not financial or investment advice
Nothing on QuizDare is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and an upgrade is not an investment. Purchasing an upgrade does not entitle you to any return; it only increases your reward multiplier for a limited time, and whether you earn back its cost depends solely on your own play. Consider your circumstances and, if needed, seek advice from a licensed professional before spending money on crypto or on an upgrade.
7. Referral income is not guaranteed
Referral commissions depend on whether the people in your network actually play and win, and on the program rules in effect at the time. We make no promise about referral earnings, and you must not represent QuizDare as a guaranteed-income or “passive income” opportunity when sharing your link.
8. Accuracy of quiz content
We work to keep quiz questions accurate, but we do not warrant that every question, answer, or explanation is complete, correct, or current. Quiz content is for entertainment and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial guidance. If a question is found to be defective, we may void or re-score it.
9. Third-party services & links
The Service relies on third parties (for example, blockchain networks, wallet infrastructure, and hosting) and may link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or actions of any third party.
10. No warranty; availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service; please see the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
11. Play responsibly
