1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and QuizDare (“QuizDare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the QuizDare website, quiz challenges, accounts, rewards, upgrades, withdrawals, and referral program (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, playing a challenge, upgrading, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Responsible Play guidance. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use QuizDare, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where participating in skill-based real-money quiz platforms or referral-reward programs is prohibited or restricted. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply to you.
• You are not on any sanctions list and will not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

QuizDare is a skill-based quiz platform: rewards are earned by answering knowledge questions correctly, not by chance. We may verify your eligibility at any time and may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• You must register with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Creating or operating more than one account — including through additional emails, devices, IP addresses, VPNs, or on behalf of others — is strictly prohibited (see Section 9).
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including the wallet address you use for withdrawals.
• We may enable two-factor authentication (2FA); where available, we strongly recommend you turn it on.
• You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account with anyone else.
• You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of any upgrade (see Section 6).

4. How the game works

QuizDare offers one daily quiz challenge in which an automated (“AI”) system generates and sets the questions you answer. The daily challenge contains 20 questions with a 20-minute overall time limit (about one minute per question). It is available at any time during the day it is live; the challenge refreshes on a daily cycle, and a missed challenge is not carried over or made up. The AI sets the questions and is not an opponent and does not compete against you; your reward is always determined solely by your own answers, graded on our servers.

• Answers are graded on our servers, not on your device, to keep scoring consistent and tamper-resistant.
• We may add, remove, retime, or rebalance questions, categories, and challenges, and may correct scoring errors, at any time.
• We aim for accurate questions but do not guarantee that every question or answer is free of error. If a question is found to be defective, we may void or re-score it.
• Automated play, answer-scraping, pre-fetching questions, or any interference with the timer or grading is prohibited.

5. Earnings & rewards

Each correct answer credits your account balance with a real reward. The reward for a correct answer is a fixed base amount multiplied by your current reward multiplier (see Section 6); your current per-answer rate and projected earnings are always shown to you in-app on the Upgrade page before you upgrade. Balances are held in US-dollar value and are paid out in USD to a wallet address you provide at withdrawal (see Section 7).

• Rewards are only earned for answers our servers grade as correct within the time limit.
• Any figures we publish (for example, maximum per-answer, daily, or monthly totals) are theoretical maximums assuming every question is answered correctly at the highest upgrade. They are illustrations, not promises. Your actual earnings depend on your participation, accuracy, and chosen upgrade, and are not guaranteed.
• We may adjust the base rate, multipliers, per-challenge limits, and reward structure prospectively. Material changes will be reflected on the site.
• We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or void rewards that result from error, bugs, fraud, collusion, or any breach of these Terms.
• Rewards have no value until they are validly withdrawn, and are not a deposit, security, or investment.

6. Upgrades (reward multipliers)

Upgrading is optional. Free players earn at the base rate. An upgrade raises your per-correct-answer reward and multiplies it — your multiplier grows with your deposit, up to ×1000 at the maximum — for 30 days from activation.

You may choose any upgrade amount between $5 and $5,000; your multiplier scales with your deposit, up to ×1000. By purchasing an upgrade you agree that:

• Upgrades are non-refundable. Because the multiplier is applied to your account immediately and is a digital benefit that begins the moment it is activated, all upgrade payments are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or pro-rated once active.
• An upgrade multiplies future rewards only; it does not retroactively increase rewards already earned, nor is it itself a withdrawable balance.
• Upgrades expire automatically after 30 days and do not auto-renew unless you purchase again.
• An upgrade is not a guarantee of any return. Whether you earn back the cost depends entirely on how much you play and how accurately you answer.
• Upgrade payments are made in USD to the deposit address we display at checkout, within the payment window shown. Your multiplier activates once your deposit is confirmed. Sending funds to a wrong address may result in permanent loss, for which we are not responsible.

7. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance in USD to a wallet address you control, subject to the following:

• Minimum withdrawal: $5.
• Weekly limit: up to $5,000 in total withdrawals per rolling 7-day period per user. You may make multiple withdrawals within that limit.
• Withdrawals are processed automatically and typically settle within minutes; busy periods may cause delays.
• No identity verification (KYC) is required to withdraw under normal circumstances. We may, however, request verification or place a hold where we reasonably suspect fraud, multi-accounting, sanctions issues, or a legal obligation to do so.
• You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Transfers cannot be reversed once sent. We cannot recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• Any transfer fee associated with sending your withdrawal may be deducted from the withdrawn amount; the applicable handling of fees is shown at the time of withdrawal.
• We may delay, review, or decline a withdrawal linked to suspected abuse, and may deduct or reverse amounts credited in error or through prohibited conduct.

8. Referral program

QuizDare offers a single-tier referral reward. You earn 10% every time someone you directly invite wins. Referral commissions are funded by QuizDare and paid on top of what the people you invite win — they are never deducted from your referrals’ balances. In addition:

• Referrals must be genuine, unique individuals who register through your link and play on their own behalf.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, incentivized sign-ups you don’t disclose, or any manipulation of the referral tree is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral earnings and possible account closure.
• The commission rate and eligibility rules may change prospectively. We may cap, review, or withhold referral payouts we reasonably believe to be inflated by abuse.
• You may not make false or misleading claims about QuizDare (including guaranteed income) when promoting your link. You are responsible for your own marketing and for complying with anti-spam and advertising laws.

9. Prohibited conduct, anti-fraud & multi-accounting

To keep QuizDare fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Create or control more than one account, or use another person’s identity, device, or wallet to circumvent limits.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, answer databases, or any tool that plays, scrapes, or answers on your behalf.
• Exploit bugs, timing gaps, or scoring errors instead of reporting them.
• Collude with others, share answers, or coordinate to manipulate rewards, leaderboards, or the referral tree.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing to disguise your identity or location, or to access the Service from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Engage in money laundering, chargeback fraud, or use funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff.

We use automated and manual checks to detect abuse. If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may void affected rewards and referral commissions, freeze or forfeit your balance, reverse withdrawals, and suspend or permanently ban your account and any linked accounts, without prior notice and without refund of any upgrade.

10. Payment & wallet risks

Upgrades and payouts move real money to and from the wallet address you provide. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:

• Transfers are irreversible; a mistake such as a wrong or mistyped address can cause permanent, unrecoverable loss.
• A transfer fee may apply when funds are sent, and processing times can vary for reasons outside our control.
• Delays, outages, or failures at third-party wallet or payment providers are outside our control.
• The legal and tax treatment of your rewards may vary by jurisdiction and can change.
• You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and login details. We will never ask you for your wallet password or recovery details.

11. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that apply to rewards, upgrades, referral commissions, or withdrawals under the laws that apply to you. QuizDare does not provide tax advice and, unless required by law, does not withhold taxes or issue tax documentation on your behalf.

12. Service availability & changes

We provide the Service on an ongoing but not uninterrupted basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including the challenge, rates, multipliers, and features) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but we are not liable for any downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation.

13. Suspension & termination

• You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirement, or risk to the Service or other users.
• On termination for cause, unwithdrawn balances, active upgrades, and pending referral commissions may be forfeited to the extent they relate to the breach.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including earnings/upgrade finality, prohibited-conduct consequences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that rewards, content, or figures will be accurate or achievable. Please also read our full Disclaimer.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizDare and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or funds, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, irreversible transfers, third-party services, or market movements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for upgrades in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuizDare and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

17. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which QuizDare is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles and without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and — to the fullest extent permitted by law — you and QuizDare each waive any right to bring or take part in a class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, or removes any non-waivable right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
